Refund and Returns Policy
At PureLamps.ca, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure a happy shopping experience.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@purelamps.ca. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN inside the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
- Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and any items marked as non-returnable are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
